During Step 6 of the creation of a new project in SAS Forecast Studio 15.2, there is an option to select a cutoff date for the input data. Currently, the drop-down option allows scrolling to times before the dates in the historical data. Also, this scroll feature does not allow access to all of the historical dates.
There are two workarounds for this issue, both of which require you to pre-process the data:
Option 1 creates different data sets for the various ranges that you need in your projects, which can consume additional storage and require additional maintenance.
Option 2 creates a view of the data and does not create a new data set.
